Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we can only accept refunds or exchange merchandise that is current and in saleable condition and in their original box. If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact info@wawallap.com for instructions.

Gift recipients will receive a refund check by mail for the price paid by the purchaser, provided the original order can be identified. No refund without a packing slip.

Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

NO return on wearable, books, or multimedia.
